HOW IT WORKS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with a product you’ve used, or if an item arrives defective, here’s how we handle it:
1. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost.
- Please email contact@lehmani.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a photo clearly showing the defect, and a brief description of the issue.
- Once verified, we’ll send a replacement product right away.
- In the case that a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
2. Not Happy With a Product You Tried
We stand by our quality and want every experience to feel effortless.
If you’ve used a product and it didn’t meet your expectations, you can request a Happiness Guarantee return within 30 days of delivery.
- This applies to first-time orders only.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Return postage is your responsibility — we recommend tracked shipping.
- Refunds are processed once the item has been returned and received by us.
3. Regular Returns (Unopened Items)
Changed your mind? No problem.
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost.
- Packaging must be sealed and in its original condition.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Please include your order confirmation or receipt inside the parcel.
- Refunds are issued once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
Important Notes
- We can’t accept returns for products that are fully used, empty, or opened unless there’s a confirmed defect.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend sending returns using tracked shipping, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
- For bundles, refunds are calculated based on the product’s value within the set, not the standalone price.
