STEP 1: PREPARE YOUR NAILS

  • Shape your nails to your desired length and style.
  • Gently push back your cuticles with a cuticle pusher.
  • Lightly buffing the surface of your nails.
  • Cleanse your nails thoroughly using water and soap or a gentle nail cleanser. Ensure your nails are completely dry and free from any oil before proceeding.

  • Select a gel nail strip for each nail without overlapping the cuticles or sidewalls.
  • Position the gel nail on your nail from the cuticle area and press down towards the front.
  • Use a cuticle picker to gently push down the edges around the nail for a seamless finish and to even out air bubbles.

  • Cure under a UV LED light for 60 seconds. The Lehmani light will automatically turn itself off when the 60 seconds have passed.

STEP 4: GENTLE REMOVAL OF GEL NAIL STRIPS

  • To remove the gel nail strips, gently lift the edge of the strip using a cuticle pusher.
  • Peel off the gel nail strip slowly, applying gentle pressure to avoid damaging the natural nail.
  • For easier removal, apply cuticle oil between the gel nail and your natural nail, massaging it gently to loosen the strip.
  • If any residue remains on your nail after removing the gel nail strip, use a gentle nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad to clean the nail surface. You can also use cuticle oil for added nourishment.

STEP 5: MAINTAINING NAIL HEALTH AND STRENGTH

  • After removing the gel nail strips, keep your nails and cuticles moisturized with cuticle oil to provide nourishment. We also recommend using a nurturing nail hardener in-between applications when needed.
  • Protect your nails by wearing gloves when engaging in household chores or handling harsh chemicals.
  • Regularly moisturize your hands and nails with a nourishing hand cream to prevent dryness and maintain flexibility.
